Senior Mapping Platform Leader

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the technical direction, strategy, and execution of our mapping solutions.
This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation in mapping technologies, collaborate with product management, design, and other engineering teams, and shape the future of user interaction with our products.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high performance.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap and strategy for the Mapping platform, aligning with company goals and product vision.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable, reliable, and high-performance mapping services.
- Drive innovation in mapping technologies, exploring new data sources, algorithms, and visualization techniques.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Extraordinary interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing and growing a high-performing team.
- Technical background and ability to contribute to planning and design discussions.
