
Adult Learning and Capability Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the development and implementation of adult learning and organisational capability frameworks that support our people and strategic goals.
This role involves leading the design, development and implementation of evidence-informed learning and development strategy for our people that fosters a culture of professional learning and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-quality adult learning programs that meet the needs of our organisation.
- Collaborate with teams to develop systems for reporting and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, educational frameworks and policies.
- Develop and maintain key government and non-government stakeholders to increase our profile and influence policy and strategy to build future sustainability.
Requirements
Extensive experience in the design and delivery of high-quality adult learning programs is essential for this role.
A valid Blue Card and current Police Check (or willingness to obtain these) is also required.
Tertiary qualifications in Education, Adult Learning/Training or Organisational Development are highly desirable.
Kirkpatrick certificate is also highly desirable.
Understanding of the early childhood education and care context and its frameworks is necessary.
