Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Trainer/Assessor to join our team in delivering the Cert 3 of Community Service program.

The ideal candidate will have relevant industry experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for supporting students.

As a Trainer/Assessor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our students.

You will also be required to assess student performance and provide feedback to ensure their continued growth and development.

Key Requirements
  • TAE40110 Certificate III Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification
  • Vocational competencies matching the qualification and units being delivered
  • Industry experience within the last two years in teaching specific vocational areas
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of student needs and ability to support students
  • Proof of Professional Development in vocational training and assessment
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a VET trainer/assessor
  • VET Qualifications in the required field
  • Sound knowledge of NVR for RTOs
  • Ability to teach and engage International Students
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
