Job Summary

  • Perform general warehouse duties, including printing pick slips, picking customer orders, and packing orders efficiently.
  • Deliver household goods from the warehouse to customers' homes in a timely manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Operate machinery and vehicles in accordance with OHS policies, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with the office team to provide updates on orders and ensure seamless operations.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach, delivering a great customer experience through every interaction.

Requirements

  • Background in warehousing and distribution, with a focus on logistics and supply chain management.
  • Valid driver's license, with MR/HR and forklift certifications preferred.
  • Physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks, including lifting up to 30kgs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Full Australian working rights, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Experience in furniture handling or similar roles is highly valued, as is the ability to work a rotating roster, including every second Saturday.
