We are seeking talented individuals to join our 2025/2026 Early Careers Program, offering a range of pathways to launch your career, gain first-hand experience, and develop knowledge and skills. You can choose to join us as a graduate or intern and gain experiences that complement your studies, helping you succeed in your chosen profession.

As part of our program, you will have the opportunity to work across various disciplines and contracts, expanding your network and building your skills. This will enable you to be an integral part in growing Babcock's capability within Defence and create a pipeline of talent to power the future growth of our business.

The program offers Graduate and Internship opportunities across our Australasia region, in the relevant disciplines:

  • Engineering
  • Project Management
  • Procurement & Supply Chain
  • Environmental & Sustainability
  • Business, Finance or Law

To be considered for our program, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be an Australian Citizen to be eligible for Defence Security Clearance;
  • Graduate Program - be in your final year of study of a University Degree; or have completed your Degree or Masters by 2025;
  • Internship Program - be in your penultimate year of relevant studies.
