Marketing Coordinator Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our organization as a Marketing Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating original content, managing posts, and responding to followers to elevate our brand presence and marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social trends, and have experience working in real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of all marketing aspects, advertising, events, and other public relations initiatives.
  • Ensuring that all brand guidelines are followed, ensuring a consistent image online and offline.
  • Social media management and content creation (daily posts and stories on Facebook and social media platforms).
  • Targeted advertising and boosted posts using Ads Manager.
  • Google reviews management.
  • Production, design, and distribution of marketing materials for agents, property managers, leasing consultants.
  • Production, design, and distribution of the quarterly booklet and digital versions.
  • Short and long-form video creation/organization (short weekly updates/reels).
  • Managing and creating engaging visual content for digital displays.
  • Ordering and managing real estate signage, office supplies, and branded merchandise.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in real estate.
  • Thorough knowledge of Canva.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with web design.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
