The Opportunity

Monash Sport is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aquatic Programs Supervisor to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Aquatics Program Coordinator with the operation of swimming programs and events, providing supervision, feedback, and support to a team of casual Learn to Swim Instructors, and promoting customer service excellence at all times.

Key responsibilities include reviewing, evaluating, and developing the effectiveness of learn to swim program initiatives and curriculum, providing feedback and suggestions for enhancing and generating facility program initiatives, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience, including a current AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Certificate, CPR and First Aid Level 2 qualification, and Pool Lifeguard award or certificate.
