Key Responsibilities

  • Cost planning and tender administration
  • Post-contract cost management, including variations, payment recommendations, and final account agreements
  • Client management and communication
  • Internal stakeholder management and communication
  • Contribution to improving our service offering
  • Preparation of key cost management reports in a timely manner
  • Identification and communication of potential risks and opportunities with clients
  • Effective management of client expectations through excellent communication
  • Maintenance of the highest standards of governance and quality assurance

Requirements

  • Recognized degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a similar field
  • Sound experience in cost planning, particularly in education and healthcare government projects
  • 4+ years of experience in cost management roles, with a focus on consultancy
  • Proven ability to manage clients, contractors, and consultants directly
  • Preferably RICS and/or AIQS accredited
  • CostX experience
