Customer Experience Leader

We are seeking a senior leader to drive the development of strategies and initiatives that enhance customer advocacy, performance and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in relationship management, stakeholder engagement and strategic project design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver exceptional customer experiences across all contact centre channels.
  • Lead operational performance disciplines and operating rhythms to achieve consistent delivery of service level agreements.
  • Partner with digital, IT and external parties to evolve customer engagement across voice, messaging and digital platforms.
  • Implement AI, self-service and omnichannel solutions for differing segments of our customer base.
  • Drive business transformation and change management initiatives.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of customer needs, emerging technologies and market trends. They will possess strong leadership skills and be able to influence and drive meaningful change.
