Job OverviewWe're seeking a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member to play a crucial role in ensuring our stores provide a positive shopping experience.
No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and a great attitude. As a member of our team, you'll work autonomously and in a group setting, providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
Key Responsibilities- Work through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store.
- Use various equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors throughout the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices.
- Clean, dust, wipe, and scrub shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains.
- Collect trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark – whatever the weather.
- You'll be trusted to work both indoors and outdoors, with a commitment to providing great customer experiences.
- A keen eye for detail and cleanliness is essential, as well as a passion for working safely and abiding by Coles Safe Work practices.
- The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic is crucial.
- You'll be active and physically fit, able to lift up to 17kgs, and available for a wide variety of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week.
