Entertainment Professional - Make Your Mark

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Entertainment Professional to join our team. As a key member of our entertainment department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance guest retention through the property's entertainment offerings.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in coordinating performances and artists, with a strong focus on cost control and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks within the entertainment department, including procurement and bookings for live music, DJs, comedy, and other performance types.

You will also oversee operational execution for BAU entertainment, campaigns, activations, and private entertainment. Additionally, you will administer and manage purchase orders, invoices, and talent agreements, while maintaining stakeholder relationships and supporting entertainment communications.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate and organised individual with over two years' experience in the music, events, and hospitality industry. You will bring a strong ability to build effective internal and external relationships, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in entertainment, music, or events
  • Proven experience coordinating performances and artists
  • Skilled in managing performances while controlling labour and costs
  • Strong ability to build effective internal and external relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
