Job Title: TechnologyOne Data Migration Lead

Our Enterprise Technology and System Integration team is seeking an experienced TechnologyOne Data Migration Lead to oversee and manage the migration of data to the TechnologyOne platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data migration, project management, and in-depth knowledge of TechnologyOne.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive strategies and plans for migrating data into TechOne environments, including scope, timelines, resources, risks, and contingencies.
  • Lead and manage the execution of complex data migration projects, focusing on integrating data into TechnologyOne.
  • Utilise in-depth knowledge of TechnologyOne to guide and execute data migration activities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of data migration specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to establish data requirements and comprehend the business implications of data migration.
  • Implement data quality assurance processes to identify and address data discrepancies.
  • Oversee the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for data migration into TechnologyOne CiA, troubleshooting any issues that occur.
  • Validate and reconcile the accuracy and integrity of data migrated into TechOne, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies to ensure seamless data integration.

Your Experience
  • Extensive experience in data migration and project management, with a focus on TechnologyOne.
  • Solid understanding of TechnologyOne data structures, principles, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of leading successful data migration projects.
  • Strong understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL tools.
  • Familiarity with data modelling and data cleaning techniques.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of multitasking and meeting stringent deadlines.
