Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Content Director/Announcer to lead our local content teams at 3 BA FM102.3 & 103.1 Power FM, the leaders in local content in Ballarat.

Responsibilities
  • Create and execute hyper-local, entertaining content that resonates with the 18-39 and 35-54 demographics.
  • Work closely with Sales and Promotions to develop strategies that drive listener engagement, sales, and digital opportunities.
  • Lead by example, inspiring and motivating our creative on-air team, while delivering excellent presentation and administrative skills with a high attention to detail.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An impressive history of leading a team and working with talent, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience with Zetta and GSelector, as well as a deep understanding of the Australian radio landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
