We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fresh Convenience Team Member to join our team at Woolworths Supermarkets. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
- Restock shelves, maintain store displays, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
