**Role Summary**

We are seeking a seasoned nursing professional to join our team in delivering care for individuals with neurological conditions. As a key member of the nursing team, you will make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and their families.

About the Role

  • You will conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Provide essential nursing services, including continence management, wound care, and palliative support to ensure the best possible quality of life for clients.
  • You will offer assessment, advisory, educational, and support services to people with neurological conditions and their families or carers.
  • Coordinate and delegate internal referrals, prioritizing workload and commitments to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • This role offers a mix of office-based work and community travel, where your expertise will be valued across the region.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in community nursing.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills to handle a varied caseload.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Current registration with the relevant nursing authority.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Full C Class driving licence without restrictions.
  • Working with children check.
