Senior Baker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced baker to join our team as a Senior Baker - Retail Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced bakery environment, creating high-quality products for our customers.

About the role

As a Senior Baker, you will be responsible for leading a team of bakers in producing a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes. You will work closely with the bakery manager to plan and execute production schedules, ensure quality control, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

About you and your skills

• Trade Certification or Diploma: A formal qualification in baking is preferred, showcasing your commitment to the trade.
• Extensive baking experience: Particularly in a high-speed baking setting. This is the yeast that will help our team rise to the occasion.
• Food safety and hygiene knowledge: We take safety and hygiene seriously. Your knowledge of these aspects is essential to uphold our high standards.
• Customer obsessed: Our customers are at the heart of what we do. We're looking for someone who can delight our customers with their love for baking.
• Passion for quality and consistency: You take pride in every loaf that you deliver.
• Mentorship and Team Support: We are looking for a team player who can coach and support other team members in honing their craft.
