Role Description: As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of young learners. Collaborating with Educators in your centre, you will observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
About the Role: We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team and contribute to a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging environment for young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Change: Champion practice to uplift excellence and support the growth of our Early Childhood Education team.
- Supportive Leadership: Work closely with a supportive leadership team to drive transformative changes in educational practice.
- Program Development: Develop and implement individualized programs inspired by children's own ideas and interests to encourage active learning.

- Diploma in Early Childhood: Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework: Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Working with Children Check: Current Qld Working with Children Check or "Exemption Card".
