At Warrawong Community Preschool, we're committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for children to thrive. As a Diploma Educator, you'll play a critical role in shaping young minds and creating happy, healthy relationships between children and their families.

Our preschool is a unique community where experienced educators and teachers care for up to 40 children aged 0-5. We have two outdoor play spaces with experiences intentionally planned to cater to the ages and needs of the children in our care. Our outdoor spaces include climbing/balancing, bush tucker gardens, large sandpit and mud play area, and dry river rock beds.

We provide for water play and for the children to look after their natural environment with us. Our modern purpose-built facility has two large open-plan spaces developed from natural outdoor play environments. With meditation, yoga, and brain breaks embedded into our daily routine, it's just one way we're looking after everyone's wellbeing.

We treasure the expertise of our educators and provide a supportive and safe workplace. As a Diploma Educator, you'll contribute to planning educational programs that support a child's learning to meet their goals. You'll build strong relationships with children, families, and the community, and provide quality education and care to all children.
