Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Management: Receive and stock merchandise in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all products are properly aligned and facing.
  • Aisle Maintenance: Clear and clean aisles, removing any debris or obstacles that may impede customer flow.
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to our members, assisting them with loading large items into their carts and directing them to products.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a rotating roster, including weekends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
