About the Role

The Commonwealth Bank is seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Lead to join our Everyday Business Banking team. This role will be responsible for leading the digital transformation of our Corporate Cards product, driving business outcomes and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage domain and industry knowledge to drive outcomes across the product lifecycle, including launching new features and initiatives, monitoring and driving product performance, meeting key regulatory and operational risk requirements, optimising customer experience, and driving change across the business.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to deliver digital experiences across NetBank and the CommBank app.
  • Ensure robust operational risk management and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with external strategic and industry partners and suppliers to support integration of new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Payment and/or Cards Product Management experience, with a strong understanding of the cards value chain.
  • Proven experience working across end-to-end Agile projects and technical delivery.
  • Influential stakeholder management skills, with ability to work across risk, product, digital, technology, and compliance business partners.
  • Experience in working within a highly complex operational environment.
  • A risk management mindset and ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in business, marketing, engineering, data decisioning, or similar qualifications.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in payment and/or cards product management, with a strong focus on digital transformation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of delivering successful digital transformations, with a focus on customer-centricity and business outcomes.

Salary Range

$140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
