Trainer and Assessor in Business Education

A highly motivated Trainer and Assessor is sought to deliver training, assessment, and student services for business courses.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with passion, experience, and expertise in training, assessment, and student services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality training, assessment, and student services that meet individual needs and maximise outcomes;
  • Design, develop, and continuously improve training and assessment tools, resources, and materials;
  • Conduct assessments, make decisions based on assessment rules of evidence, and validate and moderate assessment tools and processes;
  • Record accurate student performance and attendance records, and report absences or non-attendance;
  • Participate in meetings associated with student performance review, needs, assessment negotiation, delivery, outcome reporting, validation, moderation, and continuous improvement;
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
  • TAE40116/TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment;
  • Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management;
  • Ability to demonstrate industry experience/currency in relevant areas;
  • Recent experience in both training and assessment for the relevant industry;
  • Experience working with international students;
  • Passion to train and motivate others;
  • Expertise in training planning, delivery, and assessment;
  • Excellent time management and communication skills;
  • Accurate report writing and record-keeping;
  • Excellent communication skills;
