Job Title: Chief Information Technology Officer

Are you a seasoned IT professional with a strong track record of managing complex technology infrastructure? We are seeking an accomplished leader to oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our information technology function.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams while driving innovation and continuous improvement. Experience working with cloud services, hybrid architectures, and emerging technologies is essential.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the development and growth of our technology function at both a strategic and operational level. With a broad scope of influence, this role will have a meaningful impact across people, systems, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all IT operations, including network architecture, security, hardware, software, and National IT Service Desk.
  • Lead the strategic infrastructure direction and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Contribute to development and execution of technology strategies that drive innovation and align with business goals.
  • Mature ITSM policies whilst building scalable and resilient IT processes and frameworks to ensure service excellence and timely issue resolution.
  • Track IT performance and KPIs to drive continuous process and service improvements.
  • Maintain IT security controls and data protection measures, conduct IT risk assessments and manage incident response.
