About This Role

We are seeking an exceptional team member to join our retail sales team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for fostering connections with guests through product education, processing purchases, and providing support on warranties or damaged goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster connections with guests by educating them on products, processing purchases, and supporting them on warranties or damaged goods.

  • SUPPORT IN-STORE EVENTS, INVENTORY COUNTS, REPLENISHING PRODUCT, AND ENSURING THE STORE REMAINS CLEAN AND ORGANIZED.

  • Provide feedback and suggestions on merchandising to enhance the guest experience and drive sales.

  • Collaborate with your team and leaders in an open and positive way.

  • Deliver a best-in-class experience to guests through education, service, and culture.

  • BUILD A STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF OUR PRODUCTS AND SEAMLESSLY WEAVE THIS INTO YOUR GUEST INTERACTIONS.

  • Be a brand ambassador and elevate the guest experience wherever possible.

Requirements

  • You have two or more years of retail sales experience.

  • You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
