About the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Clinical Director to lead our team of dedicated healthcare professionals in the Cardiac Cath Lab at Gold Coast Private Hospital.
This is a full-time, 76-hour per fortnight position that requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with influence.
As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for providing operational direction for the Cardiac Cath Lab, ensuring efficient and effective management practices are in place. You will also coordinate the delivery of safe, efficient, and evidence-based nursing care, while providing leadership, guidance, mentoring, and support to your nursing team.
You will have accountability for the effective management of human, financial, and material resources, as well as facilitating a learning culture to ensure continuous improvement. Additionally, you will maintain professional and constructive working relationships with VMO partners, using a customer service mindset, to enable high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide operational direction for the Cardiac Cath Lab

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting

- A commitment to enabling a culture of continuous improvement
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $138,904.60 based on 76 hours per fortnight, plus superannuation and other benefits.
