Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team. As a Physiotherapist with Guide Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, providing tailored support to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in residential aged care, community settings, and other locations as required.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Participating in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or APA-recognized equivalent.
- Current full registration with AHPRA.
- Valid National Police Check and NDIS Worker Clearance.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and influenza.
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting the quality of life of older adults.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to think creatively and develop programs to meet the needs of patients.
