Project Manager - Asset Construction Overview:

  • Develop and deliver a range of projects using knowledge of the Local Government Building and Construction Industry.
  • Engage with governing authorities and utility providers, coordinating design, managing contractors and ensuring project delivery within pre-determined time, cost and quality limits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing project plans and budgets.
  • Managing project finances, tendering, and contract administration.
  • Collaborating and managing client and project needs through effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements:
