About the Role

You will be responsible for treasure hunting, sorting donations from charity partners, and preparing products for our retail floor.

A typical day might include:

  • Accepting donations on behalf of not-for-profit partners
  • Meeting and engaging with customers and donors to share the Savers story and provide excellent service
  • Sorting donations and preparing them for sale
  • Pricing, grading, and hanging product to meet daily production targets
  • Working collaboratively with your team to meet sales goals
  • Supporting a positive and safe working environment

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong work ethic and ability to work full-time hours (Monday to Thursday 7:30am-3:30pm, Friday 7:30am-4:00pm)
  • An enthusiasm for teamwork and a willingness to help others achieve their goals
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, such as retail or production
  • A passion for celebrating individuality and promoting diversity in the workplace
  • A drive to make an impact in your community and contribute to the success of the company
  • An eagerness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • A commitment to doing the right thing and upholding high standards of behavior

Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$70,000 per annum, depending on experience
