Civil Infrastructure Contract Manager

About this Opportunity

This role offers commercial ownership across multiple concurrent projects, each at different stages of the lifecycle. We are seeking a Commercial Portfolio Manager to join our team in Adelaide.

  • Manage and support the administration for a portfolio of civil and infrastructure projects
  • Prepare and administer head contracts and subcontracts in collaboration with project teams
  • Oversee procurement processes, including scopes of work and contract execution
  • Lead the administration of variations, claims, delays, extensions of time and progress payments
  • Drive accountability in monthly reports, support forecasting and track project financial performance
  • Ensure contractual compliance and proactively manage commercial risk
  • Work closely with Project Managers to drive commercial outcomes
  • Act as a mentor and technical lead for the administrators

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Law, Engineering or similar and minimum 8 years' experience in a contracts or commercial role within civil or infrastructure sectors. Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
