Vehicle Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Repair Technician to join our team in a full-time capacity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various types of body repairs on our fleet of vehicles, including:

  • Heavy vehicle repairs.
  • Fiberglass repairs.
  • Sheet metal cutting and folding.
  • MiG Welding.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Evaluating and repairing damaged vehicle parts.
  2. Assisting with vehicle fit-outs and accessory installations.
  3. Ensuring all repairs are completed to a safe, presentable, and roadworthy standard.

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Hold a certificate in Automotive Body Repair or relevant qualification.
  • Have previous experience working on heavy vehicles (bus experience is highly desirable).
  • Hold a current HR or MR Driver's Licence or be willing to obtain one.
  • Have full Australian working rights.
  • Prioritize health and safety.
  • Have a desire to learn new skills and undertake various tasks.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
