We are seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and Coordinate Landscaping Team
  2. Organize Work Activities and Allocate Tasks
  3. Liaise with Clients and Stakeholders
  4. Oversee Landscaping Designs and Implementation
  5. Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance
  6. Provide On-Site Training and Mentoring
  7. Maintain Accurate Records and Documentation

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Experience as a Landscape Foreman or Similar Supervisory Role
  • Thorough Understanding of Landscaping Techniques, Materials, and Equipment
  • Strong Project Management and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Able to Lead and Motivate a Team
  • Familiarity with Health and Safety Regulations
  • Valid Driver's Licence and Ability to Operate Landscaping Equipment
