About This Opportunity

This senior leadership role focuses on driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and delivering a unified store strategy across retail, trade, and design sales.

The successful candidate will lead national store operations, overseeing five direct reports: four State Sales Managers and an Operations Administrator. They will set and execute the strategic direction for our store operations, ensuring strong alignment across all stores.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive a unified National Retail, Trade, Design & Operations Plan.
  • Partner with the Trade Lead to execute and drive the company's Trade Strategy.
  • Influence and contribute to the broader corporate strategy as a member of the Executive Management Team.
  • Drive store operations to ensure consistency, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
  • Maintain a safe, efficient, and productive working environment while minimizing operational risk.

  • Proven executive leadership in multi-site retail and operations management.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering retail and trade growth, profitability, and customer experience improvements.
  • Strong strategic and analytical capability, combined with operational attention to detail.
