About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated registered mental health professional to contribute to providing high-quality services in the community.

The team provides specialist services for individuals, children and families, adults, and older people. We offer a range of support designed to help promote recovery and enable consumers to stay well in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive mental health assessments to consumers within the community experiencing acute mental health problems.
  • Determine an appropriate pathway to care, including community treatment or assistance with accessing inpatient care.
  • Offer short-term mental health interventions in the community as an alternative to hospital admission.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to provide ongoing care and support for consumers after their symptoms have resolved.
Ideal Candidate
  • A recognised tertiary qualification in nursing and current registration with AHPRA.
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence.
  • Demonstrated competencies in contemporary mental health practice.
