A highly skilled and ambitious individual is required to excel in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

MERCHANDISING AND PLANNING
  • Develop and support seasonal merchandise range plans, ensuring alignment with buying strategies and Open-to-Buy (OTB).
  • Prioritize deliveries to maintain an efficient supply chain between the warehouse and stores.
  • Analyse sales performance reports to provide actionable insights for KPI improvement.
  • Manage inventory levels across the region, ensuring optimal stock balances.
  • Identify commercial opportunities through data-driven analysis and propose plans to increase profitability.
PLANNING & FORECASTING
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales and inventory reports.
  • Implement pre, post, and in-season planning schedules and conduct review meetings.
  • Utilize historical data, store reports, and feedback to support accurate projections and category planning.
  • Review sales performance and retail pricing to ensure strategic execution.
LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT
  • Coordinate the distribution of goods to ensure timely product arrivals.
  • Recommend adjustments to stock allocations to maintain optimal stock levels.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
  • Create and manage product records, codes, and SKUs.
  • Oversight of weekly stock replenishment and allocation to stores, ensuring stock consolidations are optimized for store performance.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in retail merchandising.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines.
