About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Jones Hill. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs and ensuring the highest quality of care and education for every child enrolled.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Educators to deliver educational programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check
