About the Role:

The Gyprock Trade Warehouse Operator is a full-time position based at Tweed Heads, QLD, reporting to the Store Manager. This role is part of our Gyprock Trade Centre, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service for all customers.
  • Assist in day-to-day activities within the warehouse, ensuring efficient stock management and maintenance.
  • Load trucks with customer orders for distribution while adhering to safety requirements.
  • Unload inbound orders of stock, maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, labeling, and presentation of products.
  • Perform warehouse operations, including picking orders, inventory counts, and general housekeeping.
Requirements:
  • A forklift licence is required for this role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
