Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • A certificate in Hospitality or equivalent experience is highly regarded.
  • You will have strong communication skills and a warm, empathetic approach when interacting with residents and their families.
  • Ability to establish professional relationships and maintain confidentiality is essential.
  • NDIS and police check clearance or willingness to obtain is required.
