Garden Maintenance Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, watering, and planting.
  • Maintain gardens, lawns, paths, and communal outdoor spaces through regular upkeep.
  • Manage waste disposal by ensuring the proper placement of rubbish bins.
  • Operate and maintain gardening equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance or gardening requests in line with resident needs and community standards.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • At least 1 year of experience in gardening, groundskeeping, or landscape maintenance.
  • Knowledge of horticultural practices and plant care principles.
  • The ability to work independently while maintaining high presentation standards.
  • A customer-friendly approach and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Physical capability to undertake manual tasks, including lifting up to 15kg.
  • Previous experience in residential communities, retirement villages, schools, or commercial grounds will be highly valued.
