Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and support a dedicated team of educators, helping them grow and excel in their roles.
  • Relationship Building: Establish warm and trusting relationships with families, children, and your team through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Centre Operations: Manage the centre's operations to ensure financial success and deliver an exceptional service, driving growth and innovation.
  • Learning Environment: Collaborate with your team to create a vibrant and inclusive learning environment where children thrive and everyone is excited to be a part of.

What You'll Bring:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care or higher qualification.
