About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Bathroom Life team in Hamilton. As a Plumbing Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting builders, interior designers, and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect bathroom products
  • Create and manage customer quotes and orders
  • Use our 3D Planner to bring customers' dreams to life
  • Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
  • Ensure the showroom runs smoothly and safely

What We're Looking For

  • A previous background in retail sales or customer service, with a passion for building relationships and helping customers
  • A willingness to learn and grow, even if you don't have direct experience in bathrooms
  • Comfort with computer systems and a willingness to learn new technologies
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
  • A desire to develop your career, either locally, within our network, or at head office
