We are seeking a dedicated Senior Project Engineer to lead our transmission line team.

About the Role

This position involves leading subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to standards. You will address outstanding defects, record non-conformances, and initiate corrective actions. Ensuring compliance with HSE policies, assessing risks, and addressing safety and environmental issues promptly is also key to this role.

Supporting planning, design, and resource management for effective project delivery is crucial. Managing documentation, conducting team meetings, and communicating with stakeholders are essential skills required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead subcontractors in delivering high-quality results.
  • Address outstanding defects and initiate corrective actions.
  • Ensure HSE compliance and risk assessment.
  • Support project planning, design, and resource management.
  • Manage documentation and team communication.
Required Skills and Competencies:
  • At least 8+ years of engineering experience in infrastructure construction.
  • Minimum 3 years as a Senior Project Engineer.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Relevant leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of HS&E requirements.
