About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our Mechanical team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for executing outbound sales programs targeting the Collision and Mechanical repair business in our Automotive Repair Segment.

Your primary function will be to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, identify sales opportunities, and drive business growth. You will work closely with the National Sales Manager and National Sales Operations Manager to achieve sales targets and support the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily outbound telephone calls to target customers
  • Deliver daily call activity, conversion rates, and sales metrics to management
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to support sales growth and customer relationships
  • Advocate for customers through sales management and operational staff
  • Provide daily and weekly sales and activity progress summaries
  • Utilize promotional campaigns to support identified outbound customer growth
  • Support the development of sales scripts and marketing initiatives
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience in outbound telephone sales
  • Knowledge of and experience with CRM systems
  • Automotive parts/panel knowledge and ability to interpret parts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in building business relationships over the phone
  • High computer proficiency
  • Personable and patient
  • Attention to detail
