Job Opportunity: Audiology Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Audiology Trainer to join our makemorepossible team in Australia. As a key member of our retail training team, you will be responsible for up-skilling our practitioners, leveraging your superior clinical and product knowledge to drive business improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver coaching programs for practitioners
  • Prepare training plans for identified areas of improvement
  • Train through various methodologies, including e-learning, online, and face-to-face sessions
  • Conduct induction programs for new practitioners
  • Administer on-the-job training
  • Develop and update training modules
  • Support interns and OSTA on their internship journey
Requirements:
  • Minimum years of experience as a QP audiologist
  • Experience in supervising university students and new graduates
  • Passion for training and service excellence
  • Confidence in public speaking
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Willingness and availability to travel
  • Highly organized and deadline-driven
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to deliver results
