Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an allocated caseload and deliver services to meet participant needs
- Develop and implement individualized plans to achieve participant goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support
- Provide education and support to participants and their families

Qualifications and Experience:
- CURRENT REGISTRATION WITH SPEECH PATHOLOGY AUSTRALIA AS A SPEECH PATHOLOGIST
- EXPERIENCE LEADING AND SUPPORTING OTHERS IN A MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAM
- A PASSION FOR DELIVERING HIGH-QUALITY SERVICES THAT ADDRESS THE UNIQUE NEEDS OF EACH PARTICIPANT
