We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our professional services team, focused on evaluating how nCino's product can best meet the needs of our European clients and overseeing the implementation process with our Implementation Consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your expertise to learn the Salesforce platform and nCino's Bank Operating System Application.
  • Become Salesforce.com certified with at least two different certifications within six months.
  • Collaborate with our Implementation Consultants to evaluate client needs, configure the nCino system efficiently, and implement it within the institution.
  • Oversee all aspects of software implementation projects.
  • Manage daily project loads amongst three to four concurrent clients and respond to project-related queries timely.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of four years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in commercial or SBA lending, with knowledge of banking language and processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills and an innovative problem-solving personality.
  • Proven ability to interact and communicate with customers professionally, comfortably presenting to diverse audiences and leading meetings.
  • Strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks, projects, and workload to deliver according to project schedules.
