Vintage Laboratory Assistant Job

We invite enthusiastic individuals to participate in our seasonal laboratory team at a renowned wine region.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Sampling and analyzing tanks on a routine basis
  • Monitoring ferments for key parameters such as Baume, Temperature, YAN, pH, TA, Alcohol, Glucose & Fructose, and Malolactic fermentation

To be eligible:

  • You must be physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
  • Available to work shifts and weekends
  • Possess reliable transportation
  • Able to commit to the full vintage period (January to April)
  • At least 18 years old by January 31st
Nice To Have:
  • Previous experience in a laboratory setting
  • Background in winery operations
