The Opportunity

Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse with a background in Theatre? Pindara Private Hospital is seeking skilled scrub/scout nurses to join our vibrant Theatre team on a permanent part-time basis. This opportunity offers the chance to work across various surgical specialties, including Plastics, Urology, Orthopaedics, and ENT, within a modern, well-equipped theatre environment. You will play a key role in supporting safe and efficient surgical outcomes while delivering high-quality patient-centred care.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the AHPRA.
  • A minimum of 12 months theatre experience, either as a scrub/scout nurse or anaesthetics.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care needs.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
