Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve project management systems, tools, and procedures.
  • Plan, implement, and manage project cost control systems, ensuring accurate budgets and forecasts.
  • Prepare annual budgets, monthly financial analysis, and invoicing.
  • Report on project budget status, including cost performance, cash flow, and forecasts as required.
  • Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and minimal delays.
  • Provide regular and accurate reports to project managers, stakeholders, and other internal and external parties.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be a self-motivated individual with advanced understanding of cost control and total cost management. You should be able to learn quickly, assess problems, and identify potential solutions.

  • Previous experience as a Financial Accountant or supplying data/reports for financial end-of-month activities/reports.
  • Clear understanding of cost accounting, cost classification, cost types, cost development, cost control, change management, and the cost management process.
  • Strong time and task management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • A strong moral compass, demonstrated by honesty, care, and respect for others, and a willingness to share and learn.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting information in suitable formats depending on the audience.
