At the forefront of a rapidly evolving energy landscape, we're redefining how homes and businesses thrive across Australia. As our Asset Coordinator in the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) Customers Team, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating assets and asset portfolios of solar systems and energy storage solutions.

This encompasses scheduling periodic and reactive inspections, collaborating with clients to arrange site access, and resolving technical concerns to ensure revenue generation and seamless operations.

We're seeking a professional with:

  • Proven experience in an administrative capacity, preferably within the renewable energy sector
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, coupled with high attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
  • Immediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle NetSuite is highly regarded
  • A self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn, as well as task-focused with a strong sense of timeliness

Key Qualities:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle NetSuite

- Experience working with third-party contractors is highly valued but not essential
