Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to join our recruitment team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process, from reviewing applications to conducting interviews and assessments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Review all applications and screen according to requirements.
  • Coordinating interviews and assessments.
  • Keeping candidates in the loop and making sure their journey feels positive and professional.
  • Supporting with all the behind-the-scenes administrative tasks that keep things running smoothly.
  • Updating our systems and ensuring our recruitment data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Pitching in with wider HR and people projects when needed.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • Some experience in recruitment, HR, or a busy administrative role would be beneficial - but what matters most is your organisation, communication, and people skills.
  • A natural multitasker who can juggle diaries, deadlines, and details with ease.
  • Someone who's confident with technology (ATS, spreadsheets, Outlook - the usual suspects).
  • A friendly, approachable person who enjoys building great relationships.
