Site Engineer Position
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee the planning and execution of structural and building works on-site.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure timely and quality delivery of works.
- Assist with project documentation, reporting, and quality assurance processes.
- Work closely with the project team to identify and mitigate risks.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress against schedules and budgets.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in buildings and structures within the construction industry.
- Previous experience working on Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) QLD or Queensland Rail (QR) projects is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and safety requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and technical documentation.
